We’re looking for an accounting pro to join our team and bring order to the chaos of uncategorized expenses, keep our financials squeaky clean, and help us soar to new heights with organized books and insightful reports.

What You’ll Do:
• Be our QuickBooks Online guru: categorize expenses, reconcile accounts, and keep everything running smoothly.
• Tackle our current backlog of uncategorized expenses like the accounting ninja you are.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering expenses and open invoices that make us go, “Wow!”
• Meet weekly (virtually, of course) to review reports and discuss open items.
• Use tools like Slack, Loom, Google Sheets, and Google Docs to collaborate and stay organized.

What You’ll Need:
Experience:
• Proven QuickBooks Online mastery (you know it like the back of your hand).
• A solid track record with small business accounting, especially for US-based companies.

Skills:
• Sharp attention to detail (because numbers are your thing).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Tech-savvy with Slack, Loom, and Google Workspace tools.

Availability:
• Kick things off with 4-5 hours/day to handle the backlog.
• Ongoing: Up to 20 hours/week for maintenance and reporting.
• Flexible schedule, but available for a weekly check-in.

Bonus Points:
• You’ve worked with consulting or service-based businesses before.
• You can simplify complex financial reports without breaking a sweat.
• You have a verified ID score higher than 80!
