Project Estimator & Interior Designer

My name is Ramin Zadeh. We have a custom millwork, cabinetry, and fabrication company We're looking for an experienced Estimator/Designer with a strong background in architectural and interior design! If you have a mastery of producing, reading and understanding detailed drawings and can develop comprehensive scopes of work and bid packages, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in organizing project documentation and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in estimating with a background in architectural and/or interior design.
Mastery in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, construction plans, and interior design details.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools (Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, etc.).
A degree in architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field is a plus.
