E-commerce virtual assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management: Update product information and manage content within the platform.
KPI Monitoring: Track, report, and ensure performance aligns with our goals.
Content Management: Support with uploading, editing, and managing content, including text and images.
DAM Management: Import and export images and content using our Digital Asset Management system (Bynder).
Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory:

Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of Shopify and Google Sheets.
Flexible availability aligned with the central european time zone.

Preferred:

Familiarity with Canva .
Good understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT or DeepL.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
