What You'll Do
1. Be the superhero customers need—help them via email and chat.
2. Solve problems quickly and keep customers happy.
3. Master Shopify and tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Tidio to manage orders.

What You Bring
1. Knowledge of Curly hair products / Perming prodcuts. - This is a must.
2.Great control over English (written mostly)—you’ll be interacting over emails with global customers.
3. Experience with US/European brands? Big plus!
