Key Responsibilities

As a WooCommerce & E-commerce Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for auditing, troubleshooting, setting up and elevating our clients’ e-commerce stores. Your role is central to crafting revenue-driven strategies and ensuring each store runs flawlessly.

Client Account Auditing & Troubleshooting

- Conduct in-depth audits of client WooCommerce stores to identify areas for improvement.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to plugins, integrations, and payment gateways.
- Analyze site performance, user behavior, and website metrics to uncover sales blockers.

WooCommerce & eCommerce Leadership

- Set up, configure, and enhance WooCommerce stores for optimal functionality and sales enablement.
- Improve navigation, product presentation, and checkout processes for a seamless user experience.
- Implement advanced WooCommerce customizations to meet diverse client needs.

Strategic Recommendations & Execution

- Develop and implement targeted strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and overall sales.
- Integrate and optimize SEO tools and conversion rate tracking systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute data-backed e-commerce recommendations.
- Provide detailed reports on suggestions, implementations, and measurable outcomes for clients.

Optimization & Project Management

- Optimize site speed, UX/UI elements, and all touchpoints that influence buyer decisions.
- Manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales strategies.
- Stay on top of the latest WooCommerce updates, plugin developments, and e-commerce trends to maintain high-performing stores.
