Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conversion Tracking Setup
Implement and manage conversion tracking across client accounts for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Configure Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools to accurately
capture user actions (e.g., form submissions, purchases, sign-ups).
Set up custom conversion events tailored to client goals and KPIs.
2. Tracking and Tag Troubleshooting
Monitor tracking systems regularly to ensure all data is being captured correctly.
Diagnose and resolve tracking issues, such as discrepancies in data or broken tags.
Collaborate with web developers to implement advanced tracking solutions when necessary (e.g., server-side tracking, first-party cookies).
3. Reporting and Data Validation
Verify that conversion data in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics matches client CRM or internal reporting systems.
Maintain a log of tracking updates and ensure historical data integrity.

4. Collaboration with Tea
Work closely with Paid Search Specialists, Meta Ads Specialists, and Account Managers to ensure campaigns are tracking key performance metrics accurately.
Communicate technical requirements to clients or internal teams in an easy-to-understand manner.
Partner with designers and developers to improve landing page tracking and form submissions.
5. Optimization and Strategy
Identify and recommend improvements to conversion funnels based on data trends (e.g., underperforming landing pages, high drop-off rates).
Support the development of A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and forms, ensuring accurate data collection for analysis.
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills and Education:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or analytics, with a strong focus on conversion tracking and reporting.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing conversion tracking for e-commerce, lead generation, and/or nonprofit campaigns.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues across multiple platforms.
Knowledge of basic JavaScript and HTML for implementing and debugging tags.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
Familiarity with server-side tracking solutions and tools like
Experience working with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign.
Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how they affect tracking.
