JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. This role will focus on enhancing our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and paid ad management. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing campaigns that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and URL structures for search engines.
Analyze SEO performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Website Optimization:
Audit and optimize the company's website for speed, user experience, and conversions.
Ensure the site is mobile-friendly and aligned with best practices for usability and design.
Collaborate with designers and developers to implement necessary changes.

Email
Marketing:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
Develop automated workflows and sequences using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine strategies accordingly.
Paid Ad Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
Monitor budgets, track ROI, and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
Stay updated on platform changes and trends to maximize ad effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Provide detailed reports on KPIs and actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 2–3 years in digital marketing roles, including SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge:
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in A/B testing for email campaigns and landing pages.
Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of video marketing and its integration into broader strategies.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.
