JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Virtual Assistant** to manage and monitor our ---------- and Facebook email inboxes. This individual will be the first point of contact for potential new customers, responding promptly to inquiries, gathering relevant information, and scheduling appointments with our Senior Business Consultant via Calendly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and manage ---------- and Facebook email inboxes for incoming customer inquiries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to potential new customers, providing information about our services.
- Gather necessary details from potential customers to qualify leads for further consultation.
- Schedule appointments using Calendly, ensuring accurate setup of dates and times based on availability.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
- Communicate effectively with the Senior Business Consultant to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Provide daily or weekly reports on lead activities and outcomes.

### **Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or social media management preferred.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using email platforms and scheduling tools such as Calendly.
- Familiarity with ---------- and Facebook platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Requirements:** Reliable internet connection and a computer with necessary software/tools to perform job duties.
