We are Actualyse Co., a London-based marketing agency with previous clients such as SEGA and Porsche. We have recently opened a new office in Delhi and are looking to build a world-class team. About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder and senior management team at our Delhi office.

This is not a traditional administrative role. While you will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks, your primary mission is to be a force multiplier for our leadership. We need someone who can understand, document, and actively improve our internal processes. You will be the central hub for operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

This role is a launchpad. We expect the right candidate to learn our business inside-out and grow into a managerial or product manager position. Executive Support: Act as the right hand to the Founder, managing calendars, correspondence, and communications

Key Responsibilities
+ Manage client communication and coordinate requests through Email and ClickUp
+ Schedule meetings and maintain digital calendars
+ Create graphics and design materials using Canva
+ Prepare and edit documents in Google Workspace
+ Handle email correspondence and client follow-ups
+ Manage basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
+ Assist with WordPress-related administrative tasks
+ Support team with ad-hoc design and administrative projects

Required Skills and Qualifications
+ Excellent English communication skills
+ Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant
+ Proficiency in:
++ Google Workspace
++ MS Office
++ Basic Coding
++ Figma
+ WordPress
++ Canva
++ ClickUp
++ Slack
+ Strong organisational and time management abilities
+ Ability to work independently and proactively

Work Arrangement
+ Initial engagement: 5-10 hours per week
+ Potential for expanded hours based on performance and team fit
+ Remote work with flexible hours

What to expect
Administrative Management: Handle daily administrative tasks, including responding to emails, preparing documents, and managing files using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Stakeholder Communication: Confidently talk to clients, partners, and internal tea ---------- mbers on behalf of the leadership team.
Content & Reporting: Create reports, presentations, and graphics using AI tools. Design simple posters and marketing assets using Canva.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks in our daily operations, propose solutions, and help implement new, more efficient processes.

What We Offer
Salary: A monthly salary range of US$ ---------- depending on your experience.
Contract: The position will begin with a trial period of 3 weeks with a clear path to a full-time, permanent role for the right candidate
