Video Editor for YouTube Channel

We are looking for a talented and experienced video editor to join our team. This is a part-time position where you will be editing two videos per week for a YouTube channel in the business and online entrepreneurship niche. The videos should be professional, engaging, and visually dynamic, incorporating motion graphics, B-roll, on-screen text, and music to enhance viewer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit 2 videos per week (10–20 minutes each).
Add motion graphics, text overlays, B-roll, and engaging music to enhance video quality.
Perform sound correction to ensure clear audio.
Apply color grading for a polished and professional look.
Ensure videos are both entertaining and educational while maintaining a professional tone.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: Must have prior experience editing YouTube videos (submit work samples).
Editing Style: Must be able to edit high-retention, fast-paced videos in a style similar to Ali Abdaal, Alex Hormozi, or Mark Tilbury.
Software: Must use Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (no CapCut or mobile apps).
Computer Specs: Provide details about your computer setup for video editing.
Internet Speed: Share a screenshot of your current internet speed to ensure smooth file transfers.
Attention to Detail: Must be creative, deadline-driven, and able to produce high-quality edits consistently.
Knowledge of the business niche is a plus.

Work Schedule & Payment:
You will edit 2 videos per week.
Payment: $40 per video, paid weekly via PayPal.
Flexible hours, but must meet deadlines.
