As we transition to a more structured, project-based business model, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Team Manager/Leader based in the Philippines. What You'll Do:
Team Leadership
- Oversee and guide a team of drafting staff, ensuring accountability and high-quality project delivery.

Operational Oversight
- Monitor and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and QA compliance.

Communication Management
- Provide regular project updates to the head office in New Zealand and, when required, directly to clients.
- Conduct regular calls with stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, contractors, councils, and others.

Problem-Solving
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to overcome operational challenges.

Administrative Support
- Assist with high-priority administrative tasks as needed.

Reporting & Accountability
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Ensure tea ---------- mbers adhere to responsibilities and deliver projects on time—no surprises.

Project Delivery and Profitability
- Maintain up-to-date Project Delivery Plans (PDPs) for all projects, covering:
1. Written Scope
2. Budget
3. Timeline of Deliverables
- Ensure all activities remain within scope and budget. For out-of-scope work, ensure a Scope Change Notice (SCN) is prepared and approved before commencement.

Systems Development
- Design, implement, and improve systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and quality in every aspect of the business.
- Foster a culture of systems thinking across the team to support our vision for growth and scalability.

What We're Looking For:
Experience
- 7-10 years plus in a leadership or managerial role, either in an office or remote setup. (3–5 years considered)

Skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Dropbox, Gmail, and spreadsheets.
- High attention to detail, especially for QA reviews.

Mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and independent.
- A systems thinker who thrives on creating and refining processes.
- Strict yet fair leadership, fostering accountability without compromising humanity.

Technical Knowledge
- Background in architectural drafting or related fields is a plus but not essential.
