As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to call leads from provided lists, engage property owners, and close deals on real estate contracts. We will provide you with comprehensive property details, including pricing recommendations and the necessary contact information, making your job more streamlined and effective. Key Responsibilities:

Call Provided Leads: Utilize our lead lists, which include all relevant property details and phone numbers, to reach out to potential sellers. Your goal is to qualify leads, negotiate offers, and close contracts.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Handle the end-to-end sales process, including initial outreach, follow-ups, and contract negotiation. You will be expected to close deals quickly and efficiently.
Work with Provided Data: You will receive detailed property information, including our suggested offer prices and other pertinent details, to assist you in making the best possible offers to sellers.
Close Contracts: Close contracts with property owners using provided documents and ensure that deals are finalized and signed. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is in order and that the transaction proceeds smoothly.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless transactions, ensuring you’re fully equipped to close deals and meet targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate or a similar field (cold calling experience is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage property owners and close deals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with cold calling and managing a sales pipeline.
Knowledge of real estate is a bonus, but not required (we provide full training on how to use the lead information effectively).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and contracts at once.
