Instagram Account Manager

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Instagram Posting Assistant to support our daily social media posting operations. This role requires no creative content production. Instead, you will be responsible for posting content on our clients’ Instagram accounts according to a specific schedule and set of guidelines. This is a part-time, remote position with a total daily workload of just 1 hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting pre-created Reels and images on assigned Instagram accounts according to a posting schedule.

• Writing simple, clear, and engaging captions based on provided instructions or templates.

• Spending 10 minutes per day, per account, scrolling through Instagram to maintain engagement with relevant content.

• Ensuring that all content is posted at the correct time for maximum visibility and engagement.

• Following internal posting guidelines and maintaining the confidentiality of account information.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail: Accuracy and consistency are essential to ensure that all posts go live at the correct time.

• Time management: Ability to dedicate 1 hour per day to the role, with flexibility to post content at specific times.

• Smartphone requirement: You must have a dedicated smartphone used **exclusively for this role**. This phone should not be used for personal purposes in order to maintain security and efficiency.

• Accountability and reliability: We are looking for someone who can complete daily tasks on time, every day.

• Basic Instagram knowledge: While no content creation is required, familiarity with the Instagram app, posting process, and basic functions is necessary.
