Real Estate Disposition and Cash Buyer Outreach

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Dispositions Specialist to assist in building and managing our cash buyer lists. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsible, and fluent in English, with experience in real estate dispositions. You will be responsible for verifying potential cash buyers, understanding their current buying criteria ("buy box"), and ensuring our database is up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to potential cash buyers to confirm their interest and current buying criteria.
Update and maintain accurate buyer information in FollowUp Boss CRM and InvestorLift.
Build and refine cash buyer lists to ensure they align with our disposition strategy.
Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to improving disposition processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate dispositions or a similar role.
Familiarity with FollowUp Boss CRM and InvestorLift (must-have).
Strong research and communication skills to identify and qualify cash buyers.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
