Hiring Manager

We're an online video marketing agency helping AI companies generate traffic (51 employees).

We want to hire experienced remote TikTok/Instagram managers and looking for a hiring manager to help us with outsourcing.

Benefits
• Base salary of $500 + potential performance commissions.

Duties:
- Managing our job posts on different job boards.
- Communicating with candidates and filtering them out.
- Scheduling 15-minute interviews with the candidates.
- We are not looking for very specific candidates, so this shouldn't be difficult.

Requirements
• Experience with hiring remote social media managers and video editors online.
• Ability to work from home 6-8 hours a day for at least 2-3 months.
• Functioning computer, internet, camera and mic for calls.
• Good English, written & spoken.
