Social Media Community Manager (Salary + Bonuses + 13th Month + Vacations + Bonus)

Our goal, is to make people ENJOY visiting our pages so that they will feel comfortable buying from our eCommerce brands.

We’re currently looking for a social media manager to join our team and help us keep our social media presence interesting and fun for our customers and prospects.

The way we see it, a SMM is not just someone who posts pretty memes or images on Facebook, but he/she is someone who can establish a real connection with the prospects.
He/She should be able to educate, inspire, entertain and get our prospects emotional - all through images, texts, videos and pieces of content that are interesting to them, along with other social media activities.

While we appreciate previous experience, we also believe you personality is more important.
While we’ll be providing in depth training on each and every aspect of the position, it is almost impossible “making someone” love social media!

Among your responsibilities -
- Research, Plan and Execute social media marketing plans to grow our followers fan base on each platform.
- Research, Edit and Post relevant content (image / videos / texts / articles / tutorials, etc.) on a
regular basis.
- Contact influencers and other pages for potential partnerships and establish long-term relationships with them.
- Look at, and analyze social growth data to adjust our marketing efforts accordingly.
- Find trends and implement them into our social media plans.
- Communicate with, and answer to our fans on the social media pages.
- Other relevant, similar tasks may apply.

Working hours - M-F - 8.5 hours a day (flexible hours). with 45 minutes paid break.
Weekends are usually off, but we might need about 2 hours occasionally.

Compensation - negotiable - depending on your skills and level of experience.
Beside the monthly compensation, you will also be given sick days and vacation days, 13th month salary, and goal-based bonuses.
