We are a company dedicated to providing prepaid wireless services, with our initial activation process taking place on our website. Currently, we face the challenge of converting the traffic already directed to our stores into ongoing renewal sales. To address this, we are seeking assistance to modernize our online presence and enhance our website’s functionality for service renewals. Our goal is to not only boost these sales but also to create a more integrated experience with our vendors and improve the technology we use in our stores. We are looking for a service provider to help us with web development, including a responsive website design, secure e-commerce integration, and effective search engine optimization. Extensive knowledge of Shopify and API integration is a must.

We have four objectives for our project: to encourage renewal sales, utilize existing store traffic, modernize store technology, and enhance vendor integration. These objectives are important because they will not only help us boost our sales and improve customer experience, but also ensure that we stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market. By achieving these goals, we can create a more efficient and engaging environment for our customers and partners alike.

This is more of a project rather than a job. However, we will need assistance on an ongoing basis. We envision that project will entail approximately 50 hours of work over the first month managing our Shopify webstore and SEO for about 10 hours a month on an ongoing basis.
