I'm looking for a reliable long term loyal hard worker full time with excellent phone verbal communication skills and computer proficiency. We process healthcare / Life Insurance applications.
Responsibilities/duties include:
Data entry
Appointment Setting / Nurturing Leads
Spreadsheet Updating ( excel, Google sheets )
Constant customer service
Client retention
Constant communication with the team.
All around problem solver / critical thinker
Id also like to strongly emphasize sales/customer service is a big factor. As you will be speaking with clients daily.
Requires Pacific Time Zone as we are located in California
