Role Overview:
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns tailored to the mortgage and private lending industry.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify and apply the most effective strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, Google Ads.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically in the mortgage or private lending sectors.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with Go High Level (preferred).
• Ability to demonstrate past success with measurable results.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
