As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Instagram Content Expert and VA to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone ready to make an impact and bring their creativity to the table.

What You’ll Do:
- Create scroll-stopping Instagram graphics, carousels, and exceptional reels that captivate and engage audiences.
- Stay on top of the latest Reels and TikTok trends, and apply them to client content with creativity and precision.
- Collaborate on Reels strategy and craft content that delivers results.
- Work as part of a talented and creative team using platforms like Trello and Slack for team communication and project management.
- Schedule and manage posts using platforms like Flick.
- Handle general admin tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Reels superstar who is passionate about creating innovative content and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
- An exceptional graphic designer with a creative flair and excellent eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and Slack (essential).
- Experience with Trello and Flick is a bonus.
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- A self-starter with creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with the capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Someone who values quality and is excited to grow with a boutique agency.

Working Hours & Compensation:
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, between 10am – 7pm AEDT.
- Rate: $6 - $10 AUD per hour, based on experience.
