Shopify Product Manager CSV

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopify Store Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to organize product categories, manage product listings, and ensure smooth updates using CSV files. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proficiency with Shopify, and a proactive approach to managing and improving our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Management: Publish, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Category Organization: Structure and optimize product categories for improved navigation and customer experience.
- CSV File Management: Upload, edit, and update product data efficiently using Shopify's CSV import/export feature.
- Inventory Updates: Regularly monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock visibility.
- Data Accuracy: Conduct quality checks to ensure all product information (e.g., pricing, descriptions, tags) is accurate and aligned with store standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align product listings with promotional campaigns and visual aesthetics.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product uploads or Shopify functionality.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing products in a Shopify store environment.
- Strong understanding of Shopify CSV file formats and bulk product upload processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in managing product categories for enhanced user navigation and searchability.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for product listings is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for minor product page customizations.
- Experience with Shopify apps for inventory management and category enhancement.
- Familiarity with e-commerce trends and customer behavior analysis.
