As our Video Editor, you’ll work closely with our real estate team to craft weekly video content that showcases property listings, local market trends, agent profiles, and community insights. Your goal will be to produce captivating videos that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit long-form videos for YouTube with professional transitions, graphics, and storytelling techniques.
2. Create short-form, platform-specific videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and
3. Optimize video content to align with platform-specific requirements and trends.
4. Incorporate real estate branding elements (logos, fonts, colors) into all video projects.
5. Add subtitles, motion graphics, and engaging visual effects to enhance content.
6. Collaborate with agents to align video content with their individual branding and goals.
7. Organize and manage raw footage, maintaining a well-organized library for easy access.
8. Deliver high-quality videos on a consistent weekly schedule.
9.Stay updated with video editing trends and techniques to keep our content innovative.
10. Work closely with our social media manager to coordinate consisting content being posted to all social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing YouTube and short-form content.
2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok,

5. Ability to add subtitles, sound effects, and royalty-free music to enhance videos.
6. Strong storytelling skills to create engaging and impactful content.
