We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager from the Philippines to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management:

Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Content Creation & Posting:

Design compelling ad creatives (images, videos, and copy).
Schedule and publish social media content based on the marketing calendar.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
Prepare performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement.
Community Management:

Engage with followers by responding to messages and comments.
Maintain a positive and professional online presence.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and automotive industry marketing practices.
Requirements:
Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, specifically with paid advertising.
Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns and generating leads.
Skills:

Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and similar platforms.
Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Tools Knowledge:

Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Canva, and other relevant tools.
