E-Learning Platform Developer for Driving School Training Program

Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced IT developer to create a driving school training program. The program should handle both theory lessons and theory tests for students, while also providing the driving school with an overview of student logins and activities, which can be presented to authorities upon request.

Main Features for the Program:

Student Login & Overview:

Students should be able to log in to the program.
The driving school should have access to an overview that shows the login activities of each student.
The overview should be exportable and presented to authorities when requested.
Lessons & Content:

The program should contain lessons, each presenting an image related to the content, along with text that the student should read.
There should also be an option to listen to the text, allowing students to choose to have the text read aloud.
Theory Tests:

After each lesson, students should be able to take a theory test with multiple-choice questions (typically 4 questions), where one or more answers may be correct and must be marked.
There should be feedback for both correct and incorrect answers, allowing students to learn from their mistakes.
Teaching Page:

The program should include the following sections on the teaching page:
Class Name: The name of the class.
Category: Categorization of the teaching content.
Teaching: The actual teaching material.
Evaluation Tests: Evaluation of theory tests.
Control Tests: Tests to check the student’s understanding.
Custom Tests: Option to add custom tests.
Theory Films: Integration of theory films as a supplement to the lessons.
Book: Attachment of a book or digital material that the student can use as a reference.
Usability:

The program should be easy to navigate for both students and instructors.
The design should be intuitive and mobile-friendly, so it can be used on different devices.
Requirements for the Developer:

Experience in developing online training platforms or e-learning programs.
Knowledge of integrating multimedia content (text, images, audio).
Experience building systems for login, user tracking, and reporting.
Good communication skills and the ability to understand user needs.
