Position Details:
Role: Virtual Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients using the GoHighLevel CRM platform (full training provided).
Record call outcomes and maintain accurate data entries (training provided).
Utilize Excel and other CRM tools as needed (training provided).
Requirements:
Fluent in English (C1 level minimum).
Basic familiarity with data entry and Excel.
Willingness to learn cold calling techniques (no prior experience required—training provided).
Capable of working 6–8 hours per day.
IQ 90+ to ensure quick understanding and adaptation.
Must be available to work from 09:00–17:00 Pacific Time (LA time).
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $2–3 USD per hour, with the potential for performance-based increases.
Payment issued at the end of each month.
Training will take approximately 1–2 days.
