Key Responsibilities
Develop tailored dispute strategies for complex credit issues, including judgments, bankruptcies, repossessions, charge-offs, and late payments.
Draft and submit customized dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
Utilize various dispute methods, including direct-to-creditor disputes, regulatory complaints, and legal correspondence.
Follow up on disputes to ensure timely resolutions and document responses.
Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation.
Client Support and Education
Provide regular updates on dispute progress and outcomes to clients.
Educate clients on credit improvement strategies and how to maintain strong credit profiles.
Present comprehensive reports summarizing dispute outcomes and credit improvements.
Requirements
Strong Communication Skills: Clear English communication (both oral and written) and professional Zoom etiquette.
Experience: Must have hands-on experience processing credit repair files manually and using the CFPB system.
Qualifications
Comfortable managing a portfolio of 100–200 clients, ensuring timely updates and excellent service.
Proficiency in credit repair processes, including filing CFPB complaints and understanding credit reports.
Familiarity with key agencies: CFPB, BBB, FTC, and Attorney General offices.
Skilled in inquiry removal, bureau calling, and fast deletion methods.
Reliable and stable internet connection required.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Experience with credit repair software, like Go High Level.
Phone communication expertise is a plus!
Ability to reverse late payments and delete charge-offs efficiently.
Working Hours and Pay
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 12 PM - 8 PM EST (US Time).
Compensation: $750–$1,500/month, depending on experience and performance.
