We're seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide world-class support to our CEO. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the CEO in driving the company’s strategic initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

- Aid in improving efficiency and organisation across all areas and sectors of the company.
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar and schedule, including prioritising and coordinating meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence and communications.
- Proactively identify and address issues to streamline the CEO’s workload.
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support in meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action item tracking.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands when necessary.
- Aid in hiring and training new staff.
- Assisting any general capability that is required of you.

- Skills and Qualifications:
Organisational Mastery: Proven experience managing schedules, tasks, and priorities seamlessly.

-Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all
levels.

- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with trust and discretion.

- Adaptability: Comfortable with changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically, make decisions independently, and troubleshoot effectively.

- Professionalism: Polished, courteous, and reliable in all interactions.

- Emotional Intelligence: High EQ, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.



Preferred Experience:

- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
Industry experience in [specify relevant field, if applicable].

- Experience managing virtual teams or working in remote environments.
