Add Businesses to Directory

I have a directory that I need 10k people/businesses added to. I have a website set up but this will take someone a lot of time. I am looking for someone ongoing that can do this for me and this number gets bigger every day.

I will expect you to understand basic seo because every time you add a business or page the title tag and description needs to be filled out. This is 85% copy and paste. I have the list of pages to be added. You add the name, address, picture, category, upload a file ect.

I am looking for a long term relationship because as the directory grows so will the need for things to be done.
