Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Management:
Establish and optimize the TikTok Shop, ensuring seamless integration with our products.
Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on the TikTok Shop platform.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

TikTok Affiliate Program:
Track affiliate performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Order Fulfillment:
Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders placed through TikTok Shop.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to order fulfillment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Liaise with customer service to address and resolve any order-related inquiries or concerns.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze TikTok metrics to measure the success of campaigns and overall channel performance.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, recommending strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies as needed.
