Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated Outbound Copywriter & Outreach Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who’s a go-getter, thrives on building connections, and knows how to write messages that resonate and convert.
You’ll be responsible for daily outreach activities across multiple platforms, identifying and engaging potential clients, and helping drive leads to booked calls. Your efforts will directly impact Rebel X’s growth and success.

What You’ll Do:
Execute daily cold outreach via DMs, emails, and other channels.
Conduct thorough research to identify and connect with potential leads.
Write personalized, compelling outreach messages that drive engagement.
Manage community interactions and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Track outreach metrics and continuously optimize for better results.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or copywriting (bonus if you’ve done all three!).
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft messages that convert.
Highly organized and able to manage outreach pipelines effectively.
Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM platforms is a plus.

Compensation:
Base Pay: $5/hour
Performance Bonus: $500 for every call that closes
