PRIME is a leading web design agency dedicated to helping customers launch their online businesses. We specialize in WordPress Woocommerce solutions for our clients. We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our team as an Onboarding Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome new clients to the program through clear and positive communication.
Provide an overview of our program, ensuring clients understand its value and structure.
Guide clients through the first steps of setting up their online businesses, following company protocols.
Adhere to Prime LLC’s standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
Manage scheduling to ensure timely onboarding and smooth transitions.
Foster a warm and supportive environment, making clients feel valued and empowered.
Helping clients research and purchase their domain names, review documents, and help them get started on the first steps in our program!

Key Qualifications:
Experience in customer service.
Familiarity with using a CRM.
Ability to manage a calendar effectively.
Experience in phone support.
Exceptional English communication skills.
Empathy and Support with a genuine desire to help clients succeed in their entrepreneurial journey.
