Outreach and Engagement Representative

Job description:
Our company, IBCCES, is an international credentialing organization that focuses on accessibility solutions and certification for professionals who want to better understand people with disabilities.
This role will be responsible for performing email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to businesses and contacts to let them know about our Accessibility App and provide information on how they can register their business – this would include explaining the process to register, providing pricing, and sharing the benefits of the program. This role will also help update spreadsheets, prospect lists, and research potential partners and businesses for the App.

Experience/skills required:
Candidate must be proficient in speaking and writing English. The candidate must be comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, internet research, web-based and app-based programs, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and learning new software. Must have an eye for detail. Candidate must be comfortable on zoom/video calls. Must answer inquiries timely during their assigned hours. Cold Call outreach, LinkedIn outreach, Follow up calls, Follow scripts, time management, organization skills.
1 Year proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
1 Year proven sales experience

We do not require a specific level of formal education but it is a consideration. Fluency and understanding our programs are the most important attributes.

PAY RATE: $4 USD per hour paid (must confirm hours accurately via time tracking program specified by IBCCES)

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 08:00 am – 5:00pm GST
