Social Media Video Editor

We are seeking experienced, creative Social Media Video Editors to join our start-up team and contribute to the online presence of our top influencers. Inthis role, you will be responsible for creating and producing social media videos for the various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) that drive engagement, growth, and revenue for our influencers.

The pay will be base + performance commissions/bonuses.

**Responsibilities:**

- Edit (existing) content that resonates with the influencer's audience and drives engagement across social media platforms.
- Comply with and utilize our systems for clip coordination, pulling content, uploading, and revisions.
- Participate in short daily growth meetings (via Zoom) with your team leader and account managers.
- Complete a short daily report in Google Sheets with 3 measured metrics from the previous day.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a social media video editor, preferably working with top influencers, vlog, educational, and/or podcast content.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, editing styles & best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on weekends/after hours if and when needed.

**Schedule:**Monday to Friday full-time+ availability on the Weekends

**Experience:**Video editing: 2 years experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro (Our training process pairs with Adobe Premiere.)

Pay: There is a $500-$1000 monthly base offered + bonuses based on view count. Expectation for delivery is 3-4 videos/day
