Job Description: We're seeking experienced cold callers to join our remote team. Make calls, generate leads, and earn bonuses from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential leads
• Log call details and outcomes accurately
• Participate in training and tea ---------- etings
• Provide end-of-day reports

Requirements:
• 1 year phone experience
• Fluent English (communication skills tested)
• Quiet, dedicated work environment
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Proficiency with dialer software (ReadyMode experience a plus)
• Ability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday

Offer:
• Starting rate: $3.50/hour, increasing to $4/hour after 30 days
