As we grow, we are seeking a skilled Marketing/Telemarketing Consultant and Trainer to help build, train, and refine our telemarketing team, ensuring effective lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities
As the Marketing/Telemarketing Consultant and Trainer for our dumpster rental company, your key responsibilities will include:

Strategy Development and Consultation:

Reviewing and optimizing our telemarketing processes and customer outreach strategies.
Designing scripts and workflows tailored to the dumpster rental industry, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
Collaborating with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts with overall business goals.
Training and Coaching:

Creating and delivering training programs to enhance the telemarketing team’s knowledge and effectiveness.
Training telemarketers on how to communicate our services, pricing, and value propositions effectively.
Coaching tea ---------- mbers on overcoming objections and converting inquiries into bookings.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Overseeing teams performance are measurable goals and quotas for telemarketing team; ensuring targets are met.
Analyzing telemarketing metrics, including call volume, appointment scheduling, and service bookings.
Preparing weekly performance reports and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Team Leadership and Support:


Supporting telemarketers in addressing client concerns and refining their approach.
Keeping the team updated on company offerings, special promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
Must know how to use GHL CRM
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service and management, with a track record of success in lead generation.
Strong background in training and developing telemarketing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills to assess performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of dumpster rental industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills

Experience in creating and managing scripts for service-based businesses.
Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
Ability to motivate and inspire teams to meet and exceed quotas.
