The Product Coordinator is responsible for maintaining existing product listings and creating new products across various online platforms. This role is essential for ensuring that all product information is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search visibility.

Our range includes drinking, feeding and lunchbox solutions that are loved by families worldwide. We're expanding rapidly and need a strong operations leader to help us scale even further.
About the role:
Maintain Product Listings:
• Update product information, including descriptions and specifications across all online retail platforms – Shopify & Amazon
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices to maintain listing quality.
• Ensure all products are available and active for purchase through the use of monitoring tools
• Working with Amazon Account Manager to reinstate disabled products
• Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues with existing listings.
Create New Product Listings:
• Create new product listings ensuring all necessary information is included and formatted correctly on all online retail platforms.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather accurate details and specifications for new products.
• Update and maintain compliance information on Amazon platforms
• Analyse keywords for products using external tools to ensure all listings are optimised for SEO.
Amazon Account Management
• Ensure all shipments have been receipted.
• Work with Amazon support for any shipment discrepancies.
• Check on Amazon reimbursements requests through loss or damaged inventory
• Review listings for Hijackers
Collaboration:
• Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy and messaging.
• Provide support for promotional campaigns and seasonal launches by preparing relevant listings.
Qualifications:
• Experience in e-commerce, product management, or a related role is highly desirable.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Personal Attributes:
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
