Graphic Designer for Print-and-Play Enigma Story Projects

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring immersive enigma stories to life. The ideal candidate will design all the visual elements needed for a "print-and-play" escape game experience, including documents, tools, puzzles, and game assets that can be printed and played at home. This is a unique opportunity to blend storytelling, puzzle creation, and graphic design into an engaging product.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to understand the storyline, theme, and puzzle concepts.
Design printable assets such as documents, maps, letters, codes, clues, and game instructions.
Create visual tools (e.g., decoder wheels, cut-out pieces, board layouts) required to solve puzzles.
Develop a cohesive visual style that enhances the storytelling and aligns with the enigma’s theme.
Ensure all designs are easy to print, assemble, and use at home by players.
Review and iterate on designs based on team feedback and user testing.
Requirements:

Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing creative work in storytelling, gaming, or similar projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in creating printable designs and understanding of print formatting and resolutions.
Creativity and attention to detail, especially in designing immersive and thematic elements.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with writers and puzzle creators.
(Optional) Familiarity with escape rooms, puzzles, or interactive storytelling.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Illustration or hand-drawn design capabilities.
Experience in crafting physical puzzles or interactive board games.
Knowledge of UX/UI for game-like experiences.
