Web Design Agency - Outbound Cold Caller (Sales Rep)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team as a dedicated cold caller, generating qualified leads for our US-based team through outbound calling campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts and lead lists.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and identifying potential opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and demos with sales representatives based on successful lead qualification.
- Accurately log call details and maintain a CRM system.
- Effectively handle objections and address customer concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients and navigate through objections.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate US business hours (evening/night shifts in Philippines time).

Payment Structure:

Base Pay:

- $300/ month

Commission:

- $4 Bonus per sit
- $8 Bonus per close

Standard:

- 500 calls a week
- 10 sets a week

Average Numbers From Existing Reps:

- 100 calls a day
- 3 sets a day
- Takes around 3.5-4 hours to make 100 calls
