We’re looking for a versatile Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role supports a multi-faceted business owner with operations across real estate, e-commerce, investing in real estate and businesses, and other ventures. Helping the business owner by tracking goals, prioritizing tasks, and managing day-to-day activities across multiple businesses.This role is dedicated to keeping the owner on track with key deliverables while managing administrative and support tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day activities and supporting the business owner to stay focused and productive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Accountability and Performance Support:
- Act as an accountability partner to track tasks, goals, and deadlines.
- Conduct daily and weekly check-ins with the business owner to review priorities, performance, and progress.
- Maintain an organized schedule, providing daily and weekly reminders for deadlines and commitments.
- Track, monitor, and record all progress
- Help streamline daily workflows and maintain focus on high-priority objectives.
- Identify roadblocks through regular check-ins and provide solutions to maintain productivity.

Operations Coordination
- Oversee and review operational processes for various businesses (real estate, e-commerce, rental properties, and investments).
- Develop, maintain, and improve systems, workflows, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication and workflows between tea ---------- mbers and external contractors.

Project Management and Execution:
- Track, manage, and ensure completion of ongoing projects across multiple businesses with the owner.
- Implement strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and suggest actionable improvements based on performance data.
- Administrative and Organizational Support:
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and task management tools.
- Organize and manage files, records, and operational tools.
- Assist with email management and correspondence.
- Assist in various business needs as file management, repair requests, vendor relations.

Communication and Reporting:
- Provide concise updates and reports on progress and outstanding items.
- Assist with personal errands and scheduling to help the owner focus on higher-level priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all personal and professional matters.


What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and find solutions.
- Experience with task and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, ToDoist etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in real estate, e-commerce, or investing.
- Experience working with remote teams or in a virtual assistant role.
- Knowledge of performance tracking and accountability systems.
- Experience in Coaching, Productivity and Accountability
