Graphic Designer - Part Time

Searching for a Graphic Designer with a very artistic eye. Must know how to use Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and must be very comfortable in using vectors. Looking for a modern style but also capable to adjust styles as needed. Must provide an online portfolio! Will potentially fill a Virtual Assistant role.
