JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who excels in written and spoken English and has experience in marketing, content creation, and customer engagement. The role involves executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute Back-End Marketing Systems:

Conduct "Smile & Dial" calls to current and former clients to check in, offer assistance, and inquire about potential referrals.
Contact potential referral sources to arrange meetings with the owner.
Manage and enhance the firm’s relationship systems to strengthen existing connections and maximize referral value.

Create Marketing Materials:

Develop content for targeted audiences aligned with the firm’s brand and objectives.
Draft proposals, brochures, welcome packages, personalized letters, newsletters, and marketing emails.
Create and post blogs (4 per month), YouTube videos (2 per month), and social media posts (minimum 10 per month).
Maintain and update biographies and other marketing documents in the firm’s shared folder.

Maintain CRM and Reporting:

Update the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Generate weekly sales and marketing activity reports for review.

Website and Social Media Management:

Regularly update the firm’s website and social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to ensure content is fresh and engaging.
Optimize the website for SEO to improve search engine rankings.

Coordinate Events and Speaking Opportunities:

Organize seminars, workshops, and other events as directed.
Reach out to organizations to arrange speaking engagements for firm attorneys.
Participate in Team Collaboration:

Attend weekly staff meetings and collaborate with tea ---------- mbers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Education, Experience, and Skills:

Proficiency in English:

Must demonstrate mastery in both written and spoken English to create professional marketing materials and effectively communicate with clients and referral sources.

Education:

Associate’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience in marketing.
Work Experience:

1–3 years of marketing experience, including graphic design, copywriting, and managing sales funnels.
1–3 years of experience creating email automation, drip campaigns, and social media advertisements.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with platforms like WordPress, SEO optimization tools, Lawmatics (or similar CRM), ActiveCampaign, Canva, and paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Ability to research and quickly learn new platforms as required.
Skills:

Strong graphic design capabilities.

Expertise in creating compelling sales letters and copywriting for sales funnels, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
