Real Home Image is a premier real estate photography and videography company based in Jacksonville, Florida. We work with realtors, builders, and interior designers to create stunning media that elevates their listings and projects. We are seeking a creative and organized Virtual Assistant to enhance our social media presence, build client relationships, and support outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

-Instagram Outreach
-Research and identify Instagram accounts for realtors, builders, and interior designers within our target market.
-Send personalized direct messages (DMs) with tailored offers to potential clients.
-Content Creation for Instagram Stories
-Design engaging Instagram stories using photos and videos from our portfolio.
-Highlight recent projects, promotions, or client success stories.
-Post Drafting and Scheduling
-Draft compelling captions and select visuals for Instagram posts.
-Schedule posts to ensure consistent engagement and branding.
-Brokerage Outreach
-Compile a comprehensive list of real estate brokerages in our service area.
-Send promotional offers via email and Instagram to build relationships and generate leads.
-Organize Communication
-Sort and categorize Instagram DMs and emails into organized folders for easy access and follow-up.
Qualifications:

Experience:

-Previous experience in social media management, virtual assistance, or digital marketing.
-Familiarity with real estate, photography, or design industries is a plus.

Skills:

-MUST SPEAK AND WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY
Strong knowledge of Instagram and its features.
-Excellent written communication and creativity for drafting engaging messages and posts.
-Organizational skills to manage multiple outreach and social media tasks.
-Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva or similar tools) is preferred.
-Technical: Proficient with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
