We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who shares our values and is eager to help us streamline our operations.
Snapshot of What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Acquisition through Social Media Management: Use our Instagra ---------- thod to send outbound messages and help us connect with potential new clients. This is what you will be primarily trained on to begin with.
-Additionally, post and curate content for our social media page.
Quality Control & Photo Delivery: Review and deliver photos in the morning when they come back from our editors.
Retouch Requests: Handle requests for photo retouching throughout the day, ensuring our clients get exactly what they need.

Emails & Phone Calls: Manage communication with our clients, keeping them informed and satisfied.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English Speaker. Internal communication with our team is vital, as well as communication with customers to resolve issues quickly.
Willingness to Work in Central Time (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT): Since most of our clients are based in this time zone, we need someone who’s ready to work when we are.
A Positive Attitude: We’re all about keeping things friendly and supportive, and we want you to be a part of that vibe.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Every day might bring something new, so we need someone who can roll with the punches and tackle whatever comes their way.
