Social Media Content Creator / Social Media Manager

About us:
Hi! We are looking for motivated individuals that want to be part of a healthier world community. We want you to be able to connect with our company's values, and we most importantly will value you and your time. This isn't going to be an easy job, but with the right coaching, we will both know if we are meant to work together after some time and communication.

There isn't a set hourly schedule you need to put into this job. As long as both parties are satisfied with the final product, that's all we ask for. If you get it done in 5 minutes, awesome. If it takes you an hour per post, I'm sure we can work together to make your process much smoother and find more efficient ways of getting things completed.

About the job:
We are looking for individuals that can create scripts for YouTube videos / social media posts that align with our company's goals (organic food company). We are also looking for someone that can graphically design eye-catching photos/videos, and we will provide the color palette as well as objects to be used in posts, but you will have to come up with ideas for what we should post.

We will pay $3 per social media post with story-telling/invigorating captions, and $2 per 30-second-long video script, with $3 extra per video edited (just needs a YouTube thumbnail, subtitles, and the occasional graphics). We will send examples of what we are looking for regarding these so that you have more clarity.

If you would like to manage our social media pages, we will pay you $30/month to post on our pages. If you just want to do the creation though, we will be able to handle the posting of the content.

Like I was saying before, we really want an open line of communication. If you aren't afraid of receiving feedback, and you have strong communication skills as well as graphic design skills, this is the perfect side job for you.
