Youtube Manager/ Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a youtube content and video editor manager to join my team. I value high-quality work and dedication, and I am happy to reward it. Excellent performance will open up the possibility for additional compensation over time.

You will be expected to work on a daily basis up to 5 hours.

First month will be a training period for which compensation will be $350. The training period will involve some video editing to familiarise you with the work flow that the video editors go through.

This role involves:
1. Managing a number of youtube channels and multiple video editors.
2. Monitor video editors to ensure they are doing their job every day and videos are up to standard.
3. Track and report significant channel updates, including view count milestones and high-performing videos.
4. Identifying competitors and trending viral videos.
5. Apply basic YouTube SEO knowledge to improve video titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails.
6. Check that thumbnails are consistent in quality, branding, and effectiveness to attract clicks.
7. Updating youtube video schedule everyday for multiple editors.
8. Other miscellaneous tasks that you will complete on my behalf.

Some skills I would prefer for you to have:
1. Previous experience working for a YouTube channel or another social media role.
2. Knowledge of video editing basics.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Familiarity with ---------- and Canva.
