Project Assistant in Systems Agency

We’re looking for a Project Assistant to support our client projects, primarily focused on systems builds, automation, and process optimization. As a key part of our team, you’ll ensure quality assurance and smooth execution of automation processes managed by our developers.

While training will be provided, this role requires a minimum commitment of six months, with an aim for a long-term working relationship.

???? Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance: Review automation processes built by developers (Zapier, ---------- ) to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly.

2. Testing Automations: Perform regular tests and flag any issues or inconsistencies in system workflows.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of automations, project updates, and quality control reports.

3. Team Support: Assist the project manager in organizing project deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.

4. Feedback Loop: Communicate effectively with developers to address any errors or adjustments needed in automation builds.

5. Continuous Learning: Familiarize yourself with our systems, automation platforms, and tools to ensure thorough understanding and accuracy.

6. Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas of potential improvement and suggest solutions for optimizing workflows.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure seamless execution of tasks and ongoing project alignment.
