Virtual Paralegal

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Virtual Paralegal to support a solo attorney practicing estate planning, probate, guardianship, conservatorship, child protection, and criminal law. This fully remote position involves assisting with drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing deadlines, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with Connecticut court rules and procedures. You will maintain case files in our digital system and communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has paralegal/legal experience, preferably in estate planning, probate, or litigation, and is highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Must have proficiency in case management systems and legal research tools. As the firm operates virtually, the ability to work independently and maintain open communication with the attorney is critical.

**Candidates must be available during standard business hours in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
