Inbound Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $2USD/Hour + 4% Commission

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Caddy Moving, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to respond to inbound calls and text messages, provide quotes for our moving services, and schedule bookings. You will play a critical role in showcasing our company’s value, addressing customer needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound phone calls and text messages from potential customers.
Engage with leads professionally and positively, providing information about our moving services and addressing their questions.
Prepare and deliver quotes tailored to each customer's moving needs.
Discuss key details about the moving process, including what’s included in the service and important considerations for their move.
Use OpenPhone dialer system to manage customer communications (training available if unfamiliar).
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements:
Availability: Must be available to work during American hours, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST.
Experience: Prior experience in a service business (e.g., moving, HVAC, plumbing, electrical) that involves quoting services is preferred.
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, persuasive approach.
Sales-Driven Mindset: A passion for converting leads into paying customers and achieving sales goals.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with OpenPhone or similar dialer systems is a plus but not required.
Cultural Fit: Experience working with American-based companies is preferred.
