Virtual Part-Time Marketing Assistant

I am a Personal Brand Photographer, Coach + Podcaster in search of a part-time freelance virtual marketing assistant to help with some tasks such:

Creating carousels from templates on Canva for Instagram

Coming up with compelling “hooks” for reels that are relevant to the ideal clients and market that the company is engaged with

Use AI tools (like Claude AI) to come up with compelling captions for social media content; based on current brand goals and strategy

Creating content for Linkedin

Creating and scheduling content for Pinterest - open to watching a training on this

Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand (Canva, etc.)

Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

Monitor online posts that mention the company so they can mediate the impact of negative reviews and share positive testimonials with their current following to strengthen customer relationships.

Update newsletter templates in Flodesk (I will provide written content, you will format and include pictures and schedule the content)

What I am looking for:

Hard Work and Efficient Performance is far more important than years of experience or lengths of resume Dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, hits deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in english

Every month is slightly different but on average I would say I have about 5 hrs/week worth of work offer. Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less.

If you end up being a great fit and show a high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you and the position could potentially change to part time or full time.
