Job Title: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: General Manager/Director
Job Summary
The HR Manager in ICT Distribution is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance with labor laws, training, and creating policies that enhance workforce efficiency. The role requires collaboration with management and teams to support the dynamic needs of the ICT industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the ICT sector.
Forecast staffing needs based on company growth and industry trends.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects the company’s values.
Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely manner.
Develop employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance retention.
3. Performance Management
Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers in setting achievable goals and conducting reviews.
Provide feedback and coaching to employees to ensure alignment with company objectives.
4. Learning & Development
Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs tailored to ICT roles.
Develop leadership programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
Manage training budgets and evaluate the ROI of learning initiatives.
5. HR Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Update and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration in compliance with legal requirements.
6. Strategic HR Planning
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Analyze workforce data and trends to make informed decisions on HR initiatives.
Lead organizational change management efforts as needed.
7. Technology Integration
Leverage HR technology tools to optimize recruitment, employee records, and analytics.
Work closely with IT to manage digital transformation projects affecting HR processes.
Key Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the ICT or tech industry.
Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations.
Strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with the ICT distribution landscape and its talent requirements.

Time to hire and quality of hires.

Work Environment:
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and Operations.
